TopGate is not a party to those arrangements and is not responsible for the performance, payment, delivery, quality, legality, or completion of any agreement between buyers and sellers.

Product Review Information

Information you provide when reviewing products, such as product ratings, review text, review images where enabled, timestamps, and similar product review information.

Chat and Communication Information

Messages, attachments, support requests, reports, feedback, and similar communications sent through TopGate .

While messages on TopGate are protected using industry-standard security measures and encrypted when stored in our systems, chat communications are not end-to-end encrypted. For your privacy and security.

Technical, Device, Firebase, and Analytics Information

Technical and usage information may be collected automatically, such as IP address, approximate IP-based location, device information, operating system, app version, language settings, session information, crash logs, performance data, app activity, lifecycle events, security logs, and similar information.

TopGate may use the Firebase SDK and related Google services to support authentication, improve user experience, monitor performance, send notifications, analyze usage, and detect errors. Depending on the Firebase services enabled, information may be collected automatically, including app-instance identifiers, authentication identifiers, user identifiers where configured, approximate or anonymized IP-based location data, app usage and lifecycle events, device and app information, crash and performance data, push notification tokens, and analytics or reporting information.

Marketing and Notification Information

Information used to send service messages, platform updates, marketing emails, push notifications, product recommendations, and important notices, such as email address, push notification token, and message interaction data.
